Blind and disabled person $ assistance 2 Years, 7 Months ago  
Hi,
I am 51, disabled and "legally Blind" -SSI income limit in NY is $720. I make slightly $809. No SSI for me. Rent alone is $700/mth. I am in trouble and need additional income. Some states have additional pensions for blind people-NY-only for Veterans who are blind. Ant suggestions? Please help me.
