It sounds to me like you are still waiting for a hearing date on your claim. While you are waiting for your hearing, there are other public Social Service benefits that are offered which vary from State to State. Some states offer housing assistance, food stamps, Medical, and other insurance plans for people who qualify. I recommend that while you are waiting for your hearing to take place on your claim that you contact your local Social Services or Welfare office to learn about what benefits are available.

As to the issue of no medical history, that will present a problem. In order to prove your disability claim, you must have medical evidence to show that a severe medical impairment or impairments exist. Social Security may opt to send you to one of their physicians for an evaluation. In fact, you have the right to request that Social Security send you to one of their doctors for a complete evaluation when there is no medical evidence to help you prove your case.
