Workers Compensation 4 Years, 2 Months ago  
I am already receiving workers compensation benefits and I am waiting to hear if I am getting disability. Am I allowed to receive both benefits?

If you are receiving both workers compensation benefits and Social Security benefits, the Social Security benefits may be reduced so that the total amount that you receive does not exceed 80% of your gross earnings at the time you became disabled.
