Yes. If you are collecting disability benefits from the Veteran's Administration, the amount that you receive will not be affected if you begin to receive Social Security disability benefits.

My question is the opposite: I am collecting Social Security disability benefits and have a VA claim pending. Will approval of my VA claim result in a reduction in my SS benefits?
